國家有色金屬及電子材料分析測試中心是十四個國家級分析測試中心之一。中心分為化學部、物理部和新材料產品開發部。可以
進行有色金屬、稀有金屬、稀土金屬及其合金、電子材料的化學成份分析，黃金、白銀、鉑金飾品成色無損檢測;材料的力學和物
理性能檢測及各種合金、半導體材料和器件的微結構、微缺陷研究等。

National Center of Analysis and Testing for Nonferrous Metals and Electronic Materials (NCATN) is one of the fourteen national level analysis
and testing Centers. NCATN is divided into Chemical Department, Physical Department and New Material Product Development Department.
NCATN has the ability of analyzing the chemical elements of non-ferrous metal, rare metals electronic materials and rare earth metals and their
alloys. NCATN also has the ability of testing the purity of gold, silver and platinum jewelry without damage. Moreover, NCATN can test the
material’s mechanical and physical properties, and research microstructure and microdefect of various alloys, semiconductor materials and
devices.
